9:30 AM: Skiing/Boarding/Alpine Activities/Free Time
12:30 - 1:30 PM: Lunch at The Timbers Chalet
1:30 - 3:30 PM: Skiing/Boarding/Alpine Activities/Free Time

8:00 AM: Free time, if not doing functional blood testing

7:30 - 8:45 PM: Evening yoga (Yin) with meditation
