I’ve always been a believer that ‘everything happens for a reason’, and that couldn’t be more true in terms of my nutrition career.  I now understand that all my experiences and life lessons were guides - or signs - directing me down a path that ultimately led me to nutrition – a topic I care so passionately about that I decided to make it my ‘bread and butter'.

I graduated with merit from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition as an RHN (Registered Holistic Nutritionist).  The objective behind creating Mindful Nutrition and Coaching is to provide nutritional support to help decrease the ever-growing rate of mental health illnesses in our society.  This is an illness I have personally been impacted by; however, I now understand it was instrumental in shaping who I am today, as it taught me life's most valuable lessons such as empathy, compassion and understanding for others. And best of all, I learnt coping mechanisms and strategies that I'm able to share and utilize to support friends, family, and clients.  


For me, I saw the biggest shift in my mental health when I was 16 years old and my mom took me to a naturopath and we addressed my nutrition - it was an eye opener, and a game changer! It's also the reason I was inspired to become a nutritionist.  As I continue through this journey, I'm learning that rest, daily relaxation and healing emotional traumas are also key pieces to the puzzle. I'm currently studying to become an intuitive healer and look forward to supporting clients through self-healing and building a life full of abundance and happiness.
